Mr. Duncan teaches leadership classes at Faith Academy. He holds a bachelor's degree in Communication from Pitt State University, a master's degree in Theology and Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.

Mr. Duncan prays that his students will become future Christian leaders who truly make a difference in their homes, businesses, and community. His goal is to help as many as he can, as much as he can, for as long as he can. For God’s glory.

He and his wife Kimberly have been married since 1994, and they have three children together.
