Mrs. Tina Lopez has been a second-grade teacher at Faith Academy since 2019, having previously taught at Wellington Public Schools. She holds a Master's Degree in Adapted Special Education.

She considers it pure joy to teach students with the ability to speak about Jesus freely. She likes that elementary students are as excited as her about learning. The bonus, for her, is that hanging out with shorter people makes her feel tall!

Mrs. Lopez has been married to David since 2009 and they have two children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafts, and gardening. Her favorite verse is Psalm 27:14, Wait on the Lord and be of good courage and he will strengthen your heart.
