Mrs. Hanson teaches third grade at Faith Academy, where she has taught since 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and taught for fifteen years before joining Faith Academy.

Mrs. Hanson enjoys singing and word puzzles. She loves that Faith Academy allows her to teach students the truth from a Biblical perspective.

Her favorite verse is "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."
