Mr. Flower teaches upper school shop class at Faith Academy. He is the president and owner of Turn-Key Electric Inc. as a licensed master electrician, automation specialist, master crane technician, electrical controls designer, and engineer.

In addition, Mr. Flower has an apprenticeship program for adults who are working towards electrical engineering careers.

Mr. Flower is married to May and has five children. His future goals include bequeathing his company to his eldest son and pursuing hobbies such as woodworking, fishing, and programming.
