This year Faith Academy launched the first annual “Faith Academy Gives Back to Our Soldiers” event.
To honor our veterans, and the brave men and women currently overseas, the staff and students at Faith Academy filled Christmas stockings with holiday gifts to send to our brave soldiers who are not able to have a holiday at home with their family.
As part of the event, we also invited staff, parents, and children of soldiers or family in uniform to speak to the school about what they do and their experiences. It was truly a blessing to hear from them.
Our goal for 2018 was to fill and send 200 stockings, and we are excited to announce that we hit our goal! Next year’s goal will be 300 stockings, and we cannot wait.
