Faith Academy was excited to launch its annual “Faith Academy Gives Back to Our Soldiers” event this past November.
The goal was to fill 200 Christmas stockings for our brave troops overseas. Thanks to the generous help and support of the staff, students, and families, the goal was met and the stockings were sent to our soldiers.
On January 8th, two soldiers from McConnell Air Force Base surprised the staff and students of Faith Academy with a heartfelt message of thanks and presented an American flag they had flown over Qatar where they delivered the stockings to the soldiers.
The stockings were just enough for each and every soldier to receive one! It was an honor for the students and staff of Faith Academy to hear about the impact their gifts made, and be able to thank the soldiers personally for everything they do for us.
